is a fully licensed and insured, full service property preservation company specializing in servicing the REO community. We understand the specific needs associated with REO preservation, and offer complete turn-key services for the state of Alabama. We are in the process of expanding our service area, but we currently cover all of central Alabama including the major cities of Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery and surrounding areas. We are currently expanding into both the Mississippi territory, as well as East Alabama.
By working with both national companies like Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), Field Asset Services (FAS), Cyprexx, Safeguard, Ocwen (real-trans member), Homesteps, Homecomings,and REO Alligence, and on a local level with Realty companies and individual Realtor's, we understand the needs of our clients.
We are owned by a contractor and a former REO realtor, so we know the special demands of the market.
